Captain/Coach required for 2012/2013 season
Bonbeach Tangy Cricket Club (BTCC) seeks the services of a playing Captain/Coach for season 2012/2013. The role will see you lead the First XI team (South A1) and oversee the coaching development of the club’s six senior teams.
Key selection criteria
- Previous First XI senior player/captain
- Proven playing record at senior level
- Previous club coach (preferably head coach)
- Ability to develop and manage junior playing talent
- Level 1 or higher cricket coaching accreditation
- Genuine interest in leading a growing cricket club
Other information
- Ability to co-ordinate training in an organised manner
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enjoy and thrive with being in a position of responsibility
- Available to start late July/early August
The club enjoys a successful affiliation with Chelsea YCW Cricket Club that has six junior teams and a Milo cricket program in operation. The successful applicant will enjoy a very supportive environment to work in with access to excellent facilities and resources.
A negotiable remuneration package is to be offered for this attractive role.
